Orders
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.
BoxBee reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances such as incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, or other legitimate reasons.
If an order is cancelled by BoxBee before shipment, any payment made for that cancelled order will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the payment provider's procedures.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.
Payments are processed through our payment service providers. BoxBee does not directly store your complete card or other sensitive payment credentials.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped according to our shipping procedures.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the product ordered and the delivery partner.
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order has been shipped.
Returns & Replacements
Eligible products may be returned within 3 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Replacement Policy.
BoxBee does not offer refunds, except where a refund is required under applicable law.
For approved eligible returns, BoxBee will provide a replacement of the product, subject to availability and the conditions stated in our Return & Replacement Policy.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or has another issue, please contact BoxBee within 3 days of delivery and provide your order number and details of the issue.
Photos or videos may be requested to help verify the problem.
The product may need to be returned for inspection before a replacement is approved.
Product Use & Safety
Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, warnings, safety information and intended purpose.
BoxBee is not responsible for harm, injury, damage or loss resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, negligence, unauthorized alteration, or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customers should carefully read and follow any safety instructions supplied with a product before use.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
